Apnacom has been established to provide independent telecommunications consultancy to the small and medium enterprise sector (SME)

The directors have a wealth of experience from all the major sectors of the industry including fixed line, hardware installations and IP Connectivity. Thus providing, a solid base of knowledge of the telecommunications industry.

We add value to businesses from sole traders to the higher end SME’s. Our speciality is to allow for our clients to concentrate on their core business whilst we take care of the telecommunications aspect.

We advise clients on the best solutions available to them based on their requirements, this can be anything from cost effective call solutions/mobile communications to installation of structured cabling and IP telephony.

Whilst winning new business is of importance, we believe customer retention is the key to the success of Apnacom and for this reason concentrate on providing unprecedented customer service.

We have traditional values and existing relationships are based on trust. We would like clients to think of us as their “in-house” communications team and should they have any queries for us to be the first port of call.
